Rowdy girl lives up to her name! This little busy body is happy, active, and gets along with other dogs. If you live an active lifestyle and want a partner in crime to stay by your side and go on adventures with you, Rowdy is your girl! She is very obedient, loves to run, and plays ball like a pro.
Rowdy's favorite things in the world are balls, running and chasing foster siblings, hiking, and fetching sticks. For this reason, Rowdy should live in a home with a fenced yard and with other dogs and children for her to play with.
Rowdy is still a puppy and not 100% house trained. She goes easily when let out but she just gets too busy to signal the need to go out. Her new owners will need to train her to their potty schedule. She is 100% crate trained and does not have accidents in her crate. She has not attended obedience training but is extremely smart. Her new owners should take her to classes so they can help her learn the rules of her new home.
Rowdy is an easy girl. She really would fit in anywhere, but the perfect home for her will be without cats. She should also not live in an apartment because she can get vocal when left alone. An active family would be good for her to get exercise. On the flip side, she also loves to snuggle on the couch. Rowdy would probably do best with someone home with her during the day. She is quiet but she might be too active for an office since she is still a silly puppy.
Rowdy's foster family has this to share about her, "This girl looks as if she will be a small adult. She is absolutely adorable and her unusual tail makes her extra special. She is happy happy happy and has been an easy fit into our home. She ignores our old grouchy Frenchie when he acts terribly towards her. I don't believe there in an aggressive bone in her. She loves to play and is constantly busy. She is a snuggler and loves her people."
Has busy little Rowdy stolen your heart? If you would like to adopt Rowdy, be prepared to travel. She is being fostered in Mid Southern TN and will not be shipped.
FBRN does not ship dogs as cargo. Adopters are expected to pick up their dogs from their foster family. In rare or unusual cases, FBRN may be able to assist in transporting a dog to a volunteer near the adopter's home, but the expense of transporting the dog must be the responsibility of the adopting party.
FBRN dogs are in foster care in people's private homes. For the foster families' safety, we do not disclose specific locations, and we don't set up meet and greets prior to applications. For detailed information about the dogs in our care, please read the extensive bios on each dog.
