Give a warm welcome to the newest cutie to roll into in FBRN, Miss Hennessy! Hennessy is a very loveable and feisty 2-year-old girl who is a ball of energy! She was tearfully surrendered when her previous owner realized she was unable to provide Hennessy the care needed after a spine injury sustained in December. Hennessy has back end paralysis and will never walk again, but that doesn't keep her down! She recently visited a neurologist who recommended that she get a wheelchair. Now Hennessy is zipping through the neighborhood on her daily walks and is quite the celebrity around town.

Hennessy absolutely loves taking baths and getting dressed up. She is very stylish and always wears a headband. She has more clothes than her foster mom and may need her own closet soon! Hennessy is a sweetie pie who seems to love everyone she meets. Hennessy also loves a good nap after playing and has been known to shake the walls of the house with her snoring.

Since Hennessy has backend paralysis, she is incontinent and needs help eliminating and wears a diaper to avoid accidents. Hennessy gets around by dragging her legs and had some sores resulting from that when she arrived in foster care. She loves wearing clothes so baby buntings have alleviated the sores. Judging by her activity level her foster mom thinks she is the only one who doesn't know that she is handicapped and we won't be telling her either!
